Payment Data. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we may also collect mobile device data (device ID, model, manufacturer, OS, browser type, IP address) and may request permission to send you push notifications.

We process your personal information for purposes including: account creation and authentication, service delivery, user support, administrative communications, order fulfillment, feedback requests, marketing (with your consent), fraud prevention, usage analysis, and AI coaching personalization. We also use it to enable Pro Partner client management, partner-client communication, and partner earnings tracking.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals — we do not respond to them at this time.
